You can start your host software and connect to the board with the set baud rate. After it stops flickering, the upload is verified and then you see the message вЂћUpload doneвЂњ in the IDE.Д¬ongratulations! You just compiled and uploaded your first firmware. On most boards you will see a led starting to flicker.

After a while you see the length of the compiled firmware file and the upload starts.

That is the button with the arrow to the right.

Make sure the printer is connected and port and board type are set correctly.

Change the baud rate to match your preferences or leave it.

Near the bottom you see a line вЂћ#define BAUDRATE 250000вЂњ.

Search the line вЂћ#define MOTHERBOARDвЂњ and change the number behind to match your board.

Open the register tab named вЂћConfiguration.hвЂњ.

The port can only be selected, if your printer is online and connected.ДЇor a first successful upload, follow the next steps: Start the IDE and go to File->Open and select the file вЂћRepetier.inoвЂњ in the repetier subdirectory.Д«efore you can compile and upload the firmware, you need to select the board and port. Download the file and unpack the contents. All you need is to download the contents as a ZIP file.
